I am a little biased as far as this brewery is concerned. This was the first brewery I ever visited so there are a lot of sentimental memories attached to the scents and flavors of all their brews. Nonetheless, I will forge ahead and try to be an unbiased observer and judge.
Pours a very nice amber to burnt copper color. Nice thick, fluffy, two fingered off-white head. Some syrupy sticky lacing crawls down the glass as the head recedes.
Aromas are of sweet caramel malt and slightly citrusy, lemony, tangy bitterness.
Tastes are a combination of sweet syrupy, caramel malt and zesty, lemony citrusy hops.
A very well balanced and drinkable brew.
Very drinkable. Medium bodied, slightly citrusy hop bight cuts through the slick caramel maltiness.

The beer pours a cloudless deep amber to copper color, the head capacious, the texture frothy, the color light tan and the residual lace a sticky thick sheet to smother the glass. The nose dominated by the malt, light hints of yeast, fresh and clean and a pleasure for the old beak to sniff. It starts mostly malt, lightly sweet, the top is moderate in it feel to the palate, spiteful in its acidity, pleasingly hopped if a little on the light side for me, dry lingering aftertaste, and a good representative to the style.

Crystal clear ruddy bronze hue, covered by a vanilla white, thick, bumpy persistent head that leaves web like lace. Berryish fruity esters and notes of sweet cream upfront in aroma, followed by a waft of nutty toffee and lightly floral hop. Pleasant and clean aromawise. Mellow caramel sweetness initially in flavor widens into a bready, biscuit and honey impression. Understated diacetyl complements biscuit character, lending a suggestion of bread and butter mid palate. Hints of roasted malt emerge late along with mild hop bitterness, which partially offset malt sweetness. Lightly earthy, damp floral hop undertone. Moderately bodied, with a passably dextrinous mouthfeel and low carbonation. Finishes buttery, with lingering cracker sweetness. Quite a tasty ESB. A touch lacking in hop character, and thus skewed towards sweetness, but not overbearingly so. Smooth.

(reviewed from growler purchased at brewery) Orangish amber with a very clean flavor and aroma profile. On the low end of the bitterness scale (32 IBUs) for the style. Beer is nicely balanced with a nice dry sweetness followed by a pleasant but not overwhelming bitterness. My favorite ESB to date.

Medium orange brown color, large foamy head, light malty aroma. A lighter tasting ESB. Lightly malty with a nice English hop signature. This is NOT your typical American ESB, but it's a very tasty beer. Mild taste, but well balanced. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and small. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Nice beer.

Aparently now they have a taproom. I missed it, prviously for distribution only. Great location down from Snoqualmi Falls..beautiful location. Anywho, had on tap at E9..Orangish amber with a very clean flavor and aroma profile. Plenty bitter on cask mmmm. Beer is nicely balanced with a nice dry sweetness followed by a pleasant but not overwhelming bitterness.
