Pours a deep rich gold color. A decent size head lasts and leaves lacing all the way to the bottom.
Has kinda' a spicy malt aroma.
Spicy. corriander and clove. A slight fruit flavor - banana and pear like. A slight bitterness too. All of this on top of a slightly malty character.
Medium boddied with still kind of a rich mouthfeel. Flavor grabs the whole pallete.
I poured the last of the bottle all the way to get that yeast in my last glass. The bottle warns against this, but I had to try it... Good.
This is a good tasting and very drinkable beer, but I don't know that it is worth the price.
