Sampled in a goblet from a 750ml bottle purchased at Pike Street Beer & Win in Seattle. Batch 043.
A - Straw colored with a slight haze and a thick white head. Lots of very fine bubbles. Very inviting.
S - Clean, crisp and spicy with clove, banana and some black pepper. Not especially strong but good.
T - Spicy and crisp with some banana and clove. A mild sweetness as well.
M - A moderate consistency with a moderate level of very fine bubbles.
D - A very enjoyable beer with a nice level of flavor and a very clean presentation. A solid American effort at the Belgian style.
