750mL bottle poured into a snifter. It pours a slightly hazy medium gold color with three fingers of head. There is a decent amount of lacing. The smell is fruity and sweet, with lots of pepper and citrus aromas. A very pleasant aroma. The taste is tart at first, with some sweet and sour flavors. It's slightly bready and spicy as well. The finish has some hop bitterness, brilliant. The mouthfeel is decently thick and smooth. The drinkability is great, since it's fairly low in alcohol for a Belgian Strong Pale. Hats off to Chris for sharing this beer, what a good lad!
