375ml C&C bottle poured into a Tired Hands wine glass
A: Pours an hazy apricot orange color with a finger of fizzy white head. Retention and lacing are below average.
S: Dried apricot is the most prevalent aroma. A bit of peppercorn and clove as well.
T: The flavor is very similar to the aroma. Again, the dried apricot is strong with a nice, yet subtle spiciness behind it.
M: A bit on the thick side for the style with strong carbonation. Very nice.
O: Fruity, spicy, well balanced. I enjoyed this. The more I drank it, the more I liked it.
