375ml corked and caged bottle.
It pours a pretty clear deep gold with a big foamy white head that slowly recedes with some nice lacing.
The smell is pleasant. It is mostly yeast dominated. It has an almost sulfuric glassiness to it. There is a ton of ripened almost rotting light fruits. Some spiciness. The malt comes through with a bit of breadiness.
The flavor is also super yeasty. It has a sharp phenolic character and some vegetal flavors at first sip. But then it mellows out. It is spicy with a decent malt baking that adds some basic honey/sugar flavors. It is fruity like the smell, mostly banana and citrus.
