Light golden honey color from the 750 into my tulip. About a fingers worth of puffy white head forms and sticks around for the duration of each pour.
Smell is simple yet appetizing. Lots of fruit from the belgian yeast. Mostly lighter fruit, with some lemon zest as well. I'm picking up a little spiciness as well. Flavor is exactly what you'd expect. Some pear, some apple, and some lemon. The lemon comes through as well withou being bitter at all.
Carbonation is fairly high but right on for the style. Flavor coats your palate for quite a while without being too sweet. Very easy to drink considering the ABV. Glad I got a chance to enjoy this one. Big thanks to a non-BA friend in Philly for sending this gift along.
