A: light golden color with a bright, bubbly head and lots of carbonation. Minimal lacing.

S: spicy belgian yeast smells, fruity esters

T: spicey/peppery with a great bread-like finish and some bitterness

M: heavy carbonation, medium-light body, dry, fresh, and crisp

O: solid, drinkable, though not up to par with some of RR's other beers. This isn't quite my style, but I like it.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a nice thumbs width head. A mild but smooth aroma of some yeast, pepper, maybe a little floral and fruity. Flavor is pretty subdued as well. A little bready, some pepper, some fruit and a hint of hops. You kind of have to look for the flavor, it definitely doesn't jump out at you. It works, though, because its nice and balanced. Light to medium body, some carbonation, a nice feel to this. Overall, pretty good beer that I would like to give another round or two as I think there is more to discover with this one.

Damnation Batch 051

A: Insane blonde clear as a mo fo beer that pours with a huge bubbly dome piece.

S: Bananna and light spices tickle the hairs iny shnoze.

T: A crisp fruity with tiny traces of honey mostly dominated by unique floral belgian esters that are mild but prominate.

M: A refreshing and crisp, easy drinking belgian that is great and dry.

O: A delicious beer but not overly complex but a damn good brew. Not sure how the aging had on it but was still quite tastey. Recomend for beginning belgian drinkers.

375mL bottle from Batch 67 poured in a Stella Artois Chalice

A - The pour is a slightly hazy blonde color that is hazy. with a nice finger and a half head that leaves a nice off white head.

S - The smell is a nice bready smell, some fresh pepper, a slight amount of grains, I enjoy this smell its nice. there is something else there that I can't quite put my finger on.

T - It is nice, funky at the beginning following a nice spice flavor, followed by an a granny apple flavor. There is also a nice bready character.

M - This is a nice light medium feel that has a perfect amount of carbonation.

O - Wow, I love this beer, It is wonderfully made and thoroughly enjoyable. I would recommend this beer to anyone who has the chance.

Batch 072-375 ml bottle

A - Pours a cloudy golden yellow with just a hint of white filmy head. Plenty of tiny bubbles. Don Ho would be proud.

S - Aromas of fruity and funky belgian yeas with some spicy hops. Hints of light malt.

T - Starts off with some yeasty funk with plenty of spice bite, fruitiness somewhat remniscent of a hefeweizen with a weak hop bitterness. Finishes dry, with a long lingering aftertaste.

M - Fairly light body with high levels of carbonation that gives a crisp, dry finish but lingers.

O - A solid beer, but not my favorite style. I like the funky fruity belgian yeast. Could use a little more heft in the malt department for my taste. But would be glad to have this one again.

An old 750ml that I bought about two years ago, been in my fridge ever since.

A - Pours slightly hazed golden yellow with a thin film of white head leaving very light lace down the glass. I got a bit of the dregs in my glass, the others were much clearer.

S - Smells of fruity belgian yeast, pepper, apples, some fresh cut grass, and a bit of dry graininess. The funk is kinda weak initially growing stronger as it sits in the glass.

T - Starts off with some light funkiness quickly giving way to hints of spices, chewy belgian yeast, fruitiness - mostly apples and bananas - and some light hop bitterness. Finish is pretty dry, lingering for some time.

M - Medium-Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Crisp, slightly funky feel that clings to the pallet for some time after consumption.

O - I have always liked Damnation, although I enjoy it more on-tap than in the bottle. The flavors are good and it is pretty easy to drink. Not my favorite RR beer but still a solid offering.
