This beer was inspired by the Belgian Single or Blonde Ales. It has a fruity, banana bouquet with a spicy, mild finish.

Pours a nearly clear, pale yellow with a 2-finger, white head that has good retention and dabs of lace.
The smell is a little lemon zest and yeast.
The taste is spicy, light citrus and the Belgian yeast flavor.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp, well carbonated and a bit dry.
Overall: This is a very tasty, easy to drink beer that RR has done a nice job in replicating in style. Expensive but recommended.

375 ml bottle (“bottled on 091922”) poured into a Spiegelau beer tulip. Pours hazy golden yellow with a tall frothy cap of head and lingering foam. Light malt, spicy yeast, fruity phenols and soft funk. Flavor follows with cracker malt, mild yeasty funk and spice with a crisp, gently bitter finish. Light body with moderate carbonation. Clean, crisp and refreshing

Rating from notes. Consumed January 2014. "A complex, delicate BPA with a welcomed tartness on palate. Tasty beer."

This one is spot on like that Budweiser dog with the ring around his eye. Like Philip Marlowe interrogating a witness, it’s just all kinds of clean and smooth. And like Bogart when he doesn’t get his vitamin b shots, it’s not exactly overpowering. No waboom! I’m here like Robert Mitchem cold cocking a perp. No sir! This one is just kinda here, existing to be. And you know what? Raul is ok with that.
