375ml bottle poured into a large snifter.
A: Pours a cloudy golden/yellow color with a fluffy white head which settles to 1/8" with some lacing.
S: dry citrus notes: lemon, grapefruit, lime. Also some melon, honey, and pear scents as well. A slight funky/peppery belgian yeast smell. light biscuit notes.
T: nice peppery yeast notes and mild bittering hops up front. Nice toasted biscuit and brown sugar flavors with a dry citrus finish. Lingers nicely on the pallet for a very crisp finish. Not over the top with any particular flavor and very well balanced.
M: Light effervescent mouthfeel with a creamy carbonation aspect to it. Very refreshing. This is my favorite sessionable beer I've tasted.
D: This is my idea of an amazing session drinker. Still delivers very complex flavors while remaining light and refreshing at the same time. This is a great beer to introduce people to belgian styles.

Served in a tulip glass.
A: Pours a hazy straw color, with a thick, three-finger head and intense lacing - leaves a layer of foam on the side of the glass. There is a continuous stream of carbonation from the bottom of the glass.
S: Skunk, bile, soap, followed by hay and a light fruitiness. A very weird smelling brew, indeed. It's almost off-putting, but interesting also.
T: Intense wheat with sour grapes, cherries, bread and yeast. Slightly boozy finish.
M: Simply gorgeous. Redemption coats your mouth with a layer of velvet, with very fine carbonation.
O: Weird smell, yet fantastic taste. The mouthfeel and appearance alone are worth searching this one out.
