Tasted June 21rst 2011 (from notes)
Poured into a la Chouffe tulip
A - a cloudy golden/yellow, one finger very white head and no lacing
S - lots of sweet and sour yeast, wheat and nice fruit and grass nose
T - a very sweet but sour yeast up front, some grass notes, a bit floral, some wheat notes, very fruity and slight hops
M - fluffy, light bodied, medium to low acidity and a medium finish
D - drinks like a heffe or wit bier, but has more complexity and a better flavor. Very nice and easy to drink beer
Final thought - price is high $4+, low ABV 5%. But all in all, I enjoy this beer quite a bit. If I made a lot of money, this would be my daily summer beer

375 ml bottle (“bottled on 091922”) poured into a Spiegelau beer tulip. Pours hazy golden yellow with a tall frothy cap of head and lingering foam. Light malt, spicy yeast, fruity phenols and soft funk. Flavor follows with cracker malt, mild yeasty funk and spice with a crisp, gently bitter finish. Light body with moderate carbonation. Clean, crisp and refreshing

Rating from notes. Consumed January 2014. "A complex, delicate BPA with a welcomed tartness on palate. Tasty beer."

This one is spot on like that Budweiser dog with the ring around his eye. Like Philip Marlowe interrogating a witness, it’s just all kinds of clean and smooth. And like Bogart when he doesn’t get his vitamin b shots, it’s not exactly overpowering. No waboom! I’m here like Robert Mitchem cold cocking a perp. No sir! This one is just kinda here, existing to be. And you know what? Raul is ok with that.
