Poured from a 750ml bottle into a snifter.
Appearance is amber-ruby with amber highlights with a very thin head that sticks around leaving a full, if fleeting, lace as the beer cascades down the glass. A good amount of carbonation is apparent without tasting. The nose is ripe fruit and coriander with a touch of alcohol and a hint of funk and milk chocolate. Taste is full of more fruit--raisins, some banana, etc.--spice, bread, and milk chocolate. Mouthfeel is smooth and viscous with a nice amount of carbonation.
This is a keeper, without a doubt. Will definitely seek this out whenever the opportunity presents itself.
