It’s pale straw color, hazy. The foam is fine but thin. It smells yeasty and spiced. It have cheese cloth, peppermint, orange peel and coriander seed nose. The beer taste creamy and light body. The mouth feeling is fluffy and soft, like zooming in clouds. The beer have a pleasant orange peel zest, and then there’s coriander seeds (everything bagel) spice, a hint of onion seeds and white pepper spice. There’s peppermint, pear, Fuji apple, roast whole wheat grain, oatmeal, rose petal aromas. The ending shows that interesting rose water fragrance and aroma. It’s more flavorful than Hoegaarden white, it’s more yeasty and less fruity. It’s a good Belgian-style white ale, I will choose this rather than Hoegaarden anytime. When it’s warmer the Fuji apple fruity is stronger, and it’s pleasant in a hot day. I drink it in a cold day, but it’s lovely anyway.

A surprisingly strange beer that has the splash of a wine, but the carbonation of a beer. It’s bitter with hints of fruit. It grows after a few tastes. Remarkable.

On tap at the source. A very hazy golden color with a fluffy white head that lingered throughout the drink. Aroma was bready with some coriander and clove. Light on the palate but full of flavor. Floral, citrus, and clove flavors. Even a hint of pepper. Bright. Carbonation and a dry clean finish. Excellent.
