Tried this one at the bar at the Spinnerstown Hotel in PA.
Poured a burnt golden with a thick, rocky white head. Some sediment settles at the bottom after floating a bit.
Aroma was overwhelmingly tart and sour. Smelled sour apples, lemon, wood and hay as well.
Tastes were similar to aroma. Strong sourness, apples, maybe a hint of citrus fruit. Lemon, wood, wet hay and a hint of grass.
Mouthfeel was very crisp and refreshing. Light bodied and highly carbonated with an acidic, dry finish.
