Pours a beautiful golden yellow color with unreal clarity from the first-half pour. Fluffy head owes the lacing that it produces. Looks marvelous.
Lemon peel, old lemon peel, white wine, oak, tart peach, maybe apricot, and bright tartness. Balanced and fruity, all the while, a tart Russian River sour.
White wine, tart peach, sour orange, flooded basement, lemon pulp, oaky woodiness, tropical fruit, Brett mushroom funk, and parmesan. The mushroom and cheese really answers in the finish. Bottom of the bottle is offering up some serious funk and cheese. This is effing delicious.
Nicely effervescent with a peppery carbonation. Wet-bodied with some chewiness, whilst medium. Great feel.
Awesome wild ale from Russian River. Better than this is definitely hard to come by.
