Batch 4x2 poured into Chimay Glassware.
A- Hazy golden amber color with loads of carbonation that immediately dies to a small foam pool in the middle of the glass and nice fine lacing on my glass.
S- Loads of cherry, lemon, and brett right away, basically what you would expect from an American Wild, followed by some subdued sweet oak scents. Very nice balance.
T- Insane amounts of wild Brett yeast, sour cherries, lemon, green apple, with some slight acidity, followed by some nice slightly sweet oak and a nice dry finish that leaves your mouth watering.
M- Very nice acidic cherries/lemon going on but balances a nice slightly sweet oak backdrop and loads of fine carbonation throughout. Leaves you wanting more.
D- Really easy to drink a lot of this beer, undeniably refreshing. Reminds me of sour skittles(though not as sweet), they would leave me always wanting more. Best wild ale I have had, worth the cost...

Poured into a tulip glass from the tap at Russian River Brewery.
Very little head, leaving behind small lace ring.
Nose is sour with a touch of sweet, there are cherries and blackberries with notes of oak.
Tastes of cherries, sour blackberries, oak, and wildflowers.
Light yet sharp mouthfeel, lots of acidity.
This beer boarders on perfection. Enjoy it.

375ml bottle dated 1/7/14 poured into a tulip
A: Medium brown with a slight reddish tint; its head starts out at one-finger, settles to 1/2 finger then lingers at that level
S: Intoxicating with sour cherries, a hint of vinegar, subtle wine/oak notes, and a mix of fresh herbs
T: Can't get better. Sour cherries, cranberries, some barnyard frunk, grass, subtle oak and a very long finish
M: Surprisingly light with pleasant carbonation; quite acidic
O: I don't think I've ever taken smaller sips of a beer trying to savor every last bit. This is fantastic in its complexity and also very refreshing. Wonderful beer
