Big thanks to Mista for opening this bottle. Batch 10.
A- Pours a translucent ruby red with a thin white cap that leaves no lacing behind.
S- Pungent aroma with tart cherries, red grapes, raspberries, vinegar, vanilla and oak.
T- The taste is toned down a bit with vinegar, freshly pressed cherries, vanilla, red grapes, lemon, brett, juice and some sweet tarts.
M- Medium carbonation with a crisp dry finish.
O- A really well done sour that has a nice balance of tartness, fruitiness and funkiness that isn't too mouth puckering. Would love to have a couple more bottles of this and see how it develops.

S: really nice cherries, some wine, and a little funk.
T: follows the nose. Tart cherries immediately, some blackberry maybe? A hint of oak from the barrel.
M: high carbonation. Nice and prickly. Refreshing dry finish.
O: freaking fantastic! Need to find more bottles for my cellar.
