4th review on BA.
Bottle poured to mug
App- Golden honey colored with a nice 2 finger head that sat for a minute and bubbled away. Left a nice haziness on the swirl and the lacing slides every so gently down the glass.
Smell- Very citrus IMO. It was similar to walking around in a fruit section of the farmers market to me, a little lemon, a little more tropical at times, hard to put a finger on it.
Taste- Great begining and finish to this one. Wakes up the taste buds while screaming out for another sip to keep that great flavor coming. After it warmed a little while I made dinner, some more calm flavors woke up for the 2nd half of the beer.
Mouth- Very dry as you take each sip but the malt and hops play well together on this one.
Drink- Keep em coming please if the store I got mine at didnt have a 1 bottle limit. For a IPA and not being such a fan, I found a new fav to always try to have at home.

At the brewpub I had the tasty priveledge of drinking this citrus delight. Smelled and tasted like the storage rooms at tropicana juice company. Great clarity, great carbonation, great taste, less filling, where do I stop? This is what all breweries should strive to brew. Once you have one every other beer in the workd is at least a little disappointing. No joke. I am ruined. Until I can get back to Santa Rosa that is.
