A- Pours a golden amber with a small head that dissipates to a thin layer that sticks around. Nice lacing is revealed as well.
S- Grapefruit/citric and sweeter tropical aromas dominate
T- Again tropical fruit and grapefruit, but the taste is a little more balanced than the aroma (from which I pretty much only got hoppy qualities) with some nice sweet malty backing. Bitterness shines through with increasing intensity, reaching its peak near the end.
M- Light to medium bodied, good carbonation.
D- Very drinkable, a good stepping stone to enjoying something like Pliny.
Serving type: growler

Poured a clear yellow. The head had great retention and left a decent lacing.
Aroma was very floral and a slight note of orange peel and grains of paradise.
Mouth feel was a little thin but the flavor is very bold. The flavor was piney, grassy with hints of black pepper and straw or hay.
This beer finishes very long and leaves a resin feel on the tongue, with notes of orange pith and kiwi rind.
Serving type: on-tap
