First time having one of these from the bottle... Thanks Lt. Sour
A- Poured into a Duvel tulip... starts with a nice finger thick head with good retention. A light coating of lacing lingers on the wall of the glass. Beer is a crisp light amber color with light activity
S- Lots of grapefruit with a hint of sweetness
T- Like the nose... pure grapefruit. Unlike the nose... no sweetness
M- A little thin, lighter body with light carbonation
O- I enjoyed this one more than the other times when I've had it on draft. This bottle is just over a month old so maybe the kegs I've had were a bit older. All in all... an excellent beer. One of the best IPAs I've ever had

on tap at Interurban, Portland
Mad off-white lace over pale amber.
Mint leaf and lemon zest on the nose.
Light caramel and toast, some orchard fruits (yellow plum, peach) then light pine, citrus, and resin in perfect ratio.
Tangerine skin end and children’s aspirin linger.
Light to slightly medium, oily, a bit of chew.
Balanced like a katana. So light, crisp, round and just the right amount of hoppy. Deserves its legendary status.
