Opened up a 500ml bottle dated 010612 that I picked up in San Francisco last week, poured to tulip.
A: Pours a beautiful transparent straw-yellow with one finger's worth of creamy head. Beautiful bubbles release from the bottom of the glass while moderate lacing clings to the side.
S: Delicate, ethereal piney hops. Some citrus, as well.
T: Follows the nose. Great balance, with a dry grapefruit finish that lingers.
M: Refreshing carbonation and the perfect body—lightweight but far from thin.
I would happily drink this all the time, if I could. Perfect balance, high drinkability—plus it has a pig with a cane and glasses on the label!

Poured a clear yellow. The head had great retention and left a decent lacing.
Aroma was very floral and a slight note of orange peel and grains of paradise.
Mouth feel was a little thin but the flavor is very bold. The flavor was piney, grassy with hints of black pepper and straw or hay.
This beer finishes very long and leaves a resin feel on the tongue, with notes of orange pith and kiwi rind.
