A: snifter. nice amber color, more orange than yellow. pure white head with outstanding retention, and nice hanging lacing.
S: huge high alpha hops aroma. tons of citrus and pine, grapefruit and spruce.
T: such a well-balanced AIPA. wonderful malts with a huge amount of citrus hops, mostly grapefruit surrounded by some big pine and spruce trees.
M: so well-balanced. perfect carbonation level. clean, crisp, and extremely smooth.
D: I could drink tons of these, I just finally found a beer that could possibly replace Two Hearted as my favorite.

on tap at Interurban, Portland
Mad off-white lace over pale amber.
Mint leaf and lemon zest on the nose.
Light caramel and toast, some orchard fruits (yellow plum, peach) then light pine, citrus, and resin in perfect ratio.
Tangerine skin end and children’s aspirin linger.
Light to slightly medium, oily, a bit of chew.
Balanced like a katana. So light, crisp, round and just the right amount of hoppy. Deserves its legendary status.
