On-tap at Russian River Brewing Company, Santa Rosa, CA
A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color (too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation). It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose along with notes of pilsener malts.
T: The taste has flavors of grassy hops—which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness that lingers into the finish—along with with hints of pilsener malts.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsener is OK. It's a little grassy but lighter in body compared to the STS Pils.
Serving type: on-tap
