Got to try this one thanks to a trade between my friend Ryan (rbuckstar) and a great trader out west, Paul (Svejk). Poured from the corked/caged 750 to a Duvel tulip.
A - Amber and cloudy, with single finger head that quickly fades to lace.
S - Pleasant and fruity, with definite sour notes.
T - Wonderful, sour but drinkable, citrus at the very end but sour strawberry or raspberry flavors up front, with a little cherry. Also some notes of peat or charred oak through the end.
M - Lively carbonation, but still fairly smooth.
D - Yup, another rare one that goes down too fast...
