A - Beautiful, dark, clear, tawny red with a few bubbles.
S - Sweet, delicate floral notes that is missing from the bottle. Also a lovely, sour component.
T - Currant flavor is more fresh than the raisin-like flavor it has in the bottle. Sourness and yeast of course. The tannin's aren't as pronounced. Finshes dry.
M - Light=medium body and light carbonation. Smooth, mildly crisp and refreshing.
D - Really excellent. I like it even better than when I first had it on-tap at the RR brew pub as I've learned to better-appreciate this style.
