375 mL bottle courtesy of Elendinn. Thanks man!
A- Red wine in color with a fizzy white head. This dissipates pretty quickly however.
S- Sour, with substantial Brett funk. Again, wine comes to mind, as the nose is fruity and acidic.
T- Sour and funky up front with nice fruitiness. Admittedly, I'm not familiar with currants, so I can't pick out specifics, but the fruit comes through nicely. Finishes with an interesting buttery vanilla sweetness that really pulls everything together.
M/D- Nice, champagne-like carbonation and very well-hidden alcohol make this pretty drinkable for the style.
A very nice wild ale. I think I prefer Supplication, but this is also very good.

Bottle poured into a Daredevil tulip glass.
A: Pours a murky brown with well over a finger of airy white head that disappears quickly and leaves only a thin collar. The viscosity does not look like any 10% beer I've ever had before! this looks much thinner and watered down.
S: A strong aroma of funk hits up front, and really takes control throughout. I get more wine notes from this than I do currants - and this is probably for the better.
T: Early in the glass the funk and sour is very dominant. Once my taste buds adjust, the dark fruits and wine shine through.
M: High level of carb, leaves a bitter dry finish.
O: This is such a well crafted beer, I enjoyed every aspect of it from first to last sip. When the sour starts to give way to flavor, it's amazing how everything comes together so well.
