look: 3.75 | smell: 5 | taste: 4.75 | feel: 4.75 | overall: 4.75

beautiful burgundy color with little to no head that just makes a outline of bubbles around the glass.
wonderful aroma of deep oak and red cabernet wine with a nutty aroma as well.
Taste is initially brown and caramel malts but is soon followed by sour and tart flavors that are so clean and devoid of vinegar. the barrel really shines through to the point where i forget im drinking a beer.
the mouthfeel is slick and smooth just leaving a hint of carbonation on the tongue.
overall it's wonderful and truly bridges the gap between beer and wine imo. glad i have one more but wish i had more than that
