Part I of epic RR tasting including Tempt, Sancti, Beati, Suppl, and Consec. Thanks to glazeman for contributing this one, as well as the other two rarities in the bunch.
The appearance of this one is a murky yellow, similar to most American wild ales I've seen. The smell is lemon with some booze, sour grapes, and funkiness to it. The smell is the best part of this brew - outstanding. The taste is sour grapes, lemon, and a ton of tasty oakiness in the finish. Very nice. Mouthfeel is appropriate for the style, and drinkability is very high. Not too sour, mut rather just some nice juicy grapes steeped with wood. I can drink this all night.
