2014 Batch. Pours hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma has huge clove and banana notes, flavor is slightly less intense but still very flavorful and yeast driven. Slight grassy hop character is also present. Mouthfeel is light, semi-dry and refreshing. Overall a great example of a hefe. Nothing to blow your mind, but a great summer time drinker and very true to style.3

Pours a hazy dull gold producing slightly more than a finger of off-white, shortlived head that leaves only a few motes of lacing. Aroma is wheat, dough, sweet fruity esters & maybe a hint of caramel, floral hops & faint coriander. Taste is sweet, pie dough & wheat malt, banana, clove, peach & candy apple with a little pepper in the finish. Maybe a faint hint of coriander & floral hops but hardly enough to mention. Especially fruity from mid-sip into aftertaste. The aftertaste is a thin mirror image of the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation, crisp & lightly prickly.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- Has a fairly nice wheat and fruit aroma.
Appearance- Pours a murky golden amber with a small white head.
Taste- A standard hefeweizen, nothing spectacular.
Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. Has a crisp finish.
Overall- An ok beer, not bad but completely forgettable.
