12 ounce bottle into a 0.5 L Franziskaner weizen glass. Nice "Beer from around here" logo on the bottle cap. Produced a 2 finger off white head which reduced to a minimal foam cap with nice lacing. Very nice hazy pale straw color.

Aroma was zesty lemon with light yeast and wheat/malt. Taste opens up tangy to sourish lemon into banana then finishing with a nice breadiness and lightly bitter aftertaste.

Carbonation was zippy and nice, giving a light bodied feel but not drying at all. Made my mouth feel very wet and drooly!

Drinkability is good because this is an easy and pleasant brew to drink, not too sweet, just right. Very good though my personal preference is for a bigger yeasty wheat and malt center to the beer. Pleasantly surprised by this one.

Pours a hazy dull gold producing slightly more than a finger of off-white, shortlived head that leaves only a few motes of lacing. Aroma is wheat, dough, sweet fruity esters & maybe a hint of caramel, floral hops & faint coriander. Taste is sweet, pie dough & wheat malt, banana, clove, peach & candy apple with a little pepper in the finish. Maybe a faint hint of coriander & floral hops but hardly enough to mention. Especially fruity from mid-sip into aftertaste. The aftertaste is a thin mirror image of the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation, crisp & lightly prickly.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- Has a fairly nice wheat and fruit aroma.
Appearance- Pours a murky golden amber with a small white head.
Taste- A standard hefeweizen, nothing spectacular.
Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. Has a crisp finish.
Overall- An ok beer, not bad but completely forgettable.
