Appearance: clear, light brown in color, 1/4 inch head, moderate carbonation
Smell: toasted malt and nut
Taste: toasted malt and nut
Mouthfeel: smooth, sweet start that gets slightly bitter in the body and sweeter end, moderate carbonation, medium bodied
Drinkability: My last beer of 2009. A nice and drinkable nut brown that really is just kind of there. It tastes good and will have it again, but there is nothing remarkable about it.
Serving type: on-tap

Cloudy chestnut with lumpy whipped cream tan head.
Flinty grain nose with peanut and chocolate.
Nutty granary loaf with some definite malt tartness, slight earth, and orange bark hops.
Do-si-dos finish and lean linger.
Light to medium, slight cling, smooth.
Chocolate-covered peanuts! An easy brown that never thinks of being an IBA. Silky body is the best feature here, if a touch lightweight for the strength.
A bit plain, but can't find any flaws.
