The best underground music venue I have ever been to, stretches across three different side by side rooms. The center room is the main entrance where the stage area is located and there is an upper and lower bar in the other two rooms, awesome setup. This longtime music venue switched ownership and names for years so when the the new owner JP took over he decided to the name the place the address and it just seems to work that way. Never eaten here don't think they cook maybe some pickled somehting or bag of peanuts but that's the food you will find here. Draft varies but regulars that stick around Guinness, Bass, Harp, Sam Adams Lager and Seasonals, Sierra Nevada, and sometimes a Great Lakes brew or two. Bottles Sammy Smith, Sierra Nevada lineup, Great Lakes, and a slew of other brews house special Black Label for a dollar a can. Great venue everyone should come here one of the better selections of music and beer when in Morgantown a stones throw away from the West Virginia Brewing Company.

I love the atmosphere of 123. It's light enough to see, but shadowy and gothic enough to have a cool, spooky feel to it. Even with the bands and everything that goes on there, I've never seen it trashed, either. The bands are quite good, too, although I've never seen one at this particular venue.
Service is always good. I've never had an impolite bartender, and they're prompt with your drink.
I've only tried the quarter pound burger, and it (and the fries) were good. I've heard other people sitting at the bar talk about how good the soup is, too.
Good selection of beer between the three bar areas (two above and one below). I usually make it in to the smaller bar that's open all week, and they have four or five taps, with Newcastle, Bass, Guinness, Magic Hat, and occasionally a Mountian State offering (although they haven't had it the past few times I've been in). They also have a nice beer cooler to choose from.
