A - deep copper colour with a rich frothy white head. Great retention and lacing.
S - even at several months old the hops dominate the smell and are strong grapefruit and pine.
T - great hops, the taste is dominated by bitterness. Grapefruit and pine with a syrupy aspect to it. It's not a bad thing but the taste is definitely dominated by the hops, for me that's what makes this so great but wouldn't be for everybody. Slight breadiness and roasted malts are present and provide a good backbone.
M/D - smooth mouthfeel, surprising drinkability given the dominance of the hops. I love hops and they are great to enjoy in this beer. The accumulation of this beer's flavour only compliments the overall experience.
Great beer, love the extremes.
