Nice pale golden amber color, slight dry-hop haze. Head is thick, smooth, and white. The smell is a bit floral and almost meaty in its substantiality; very spicy but not what I'd call "hoppy." Hmm. The taste doesn't quite live up to the smell; kind of a dirty citrus/pine hop flavor with too much emphasis on the bitterness. A bit of that characteristic Amarillo flavor, though, which I do like. Body's a bit thin to support all these bittering hops. I've definitely had worse IPAs, though I'd probably stick to one bomber of this.
