A - Pours a hazy, bright, reddish-orange with a moderate, off-white cap. Nice retention and leaves a ton of sticky lacing as the beer recedes.
S - Great smell with ample hops dominating. The hop aromas are complex, with pine, citrus, tropical fruit, and a touch of floral and herbal qualities. Sweet, caramel malts are also notable in the aroma.
T - Similar to the aroma, with a nice, complex, powerful hop kick up front. Taste-wise, the pine qualities of the hops are most prevalent, although the herbal/floral qualities come through as well. The hops are rounded out with ample, sweet caramel maltiness. Finishes with a crisp, citric bitterness that leads into a resinous, lingering aftertaste.
M - Medium - bordering on full bodied - with a moderate carbonation and a sticky, resinous quality
D - A very tasty offering with bold flavors as well as a nice balance. I will definitely have to pick this one up again.
