This beer is on the more purely bitter side, of the many DIPAs I've had. It almost sets a new baseline, honestly.
A true assault on the tongue and on the senses. Interestingly, if you go to the Moylan's site and look up the specs on both the regular IPA and this DIPA, this DIPA actually has a significantly LOWER original gravity. Ergo, it is much drier than the single IPA, and should be up the alley of those people who are say, Pliny the Elder Fans.
