Golden dark yellow color... a shade short of orange. Really a disappointing color for a DIPA. Huge creamy gorgeous head with loads of thin sticky and appealing Gothic lacing.
Huge fresh hop aroma in the nose. Very fruity hop aroma... grapefruit and slightly piney. There's very little malt balance in the smell.
Mmm. I poured a big head and it's really creamy and a delight to put in your mouth. Very sweet hop flavor. Very fruity (grapefruit, a little peachy...) and well balanced by a toasty appeal. Creamy mouthfeel that's very very dry in the finish.
Great beer. Many thanks to Zorro for this wonderful bomber.
