A - Very transparent amber with a nice and frothy head. The retention on the head is quite good, takes several minutes for it to die down and it leaves a generous ring around the edge. After pouring the remainder of the bottle into my glass it went opaque, interesting. Must have a lot of sediment at the bottom.
S - Sweet and bready smelling malts, with floral hops contrasting it nicely.
T - Simple but solid. Definite hops as one would expect from Moylans. I've been holding onto this bottle for a while, I imagine the hops would be much more pronounced had this been a few months fresher. Definitely leans toward the malt but the hops balance it nicely.
M/D - Very smooth and creamy mouthfeel, medium body. Very drinkable as well.
Would love to pick a newer bottle of this up and see the difference.
