On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Pinkish-orange colour, minimal head. Fresh, fruity and lightly acidic aroma and flavour of pomegranate, on a light wheaty base. A fine summer refreshment, which even tastes good in January.

On tap at Newhall Refinery in Newhall, CA.
Pours a hazy red with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, wheat, and berry aromas. Taste is much the same with sweet berry, pomegranate, wheat, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is easy to drink, but reminds me more of a fruit juice than a beer.
Serving type: on tap.

Pomegranate Wheat pours a reddish color with a big lacing head. There is a very very sweet aroma, with a rotten garbage like note. The taste has a some what pomegranate flavor, but VERY very sweet. The flavor is weak and rather watery, with a bad and rather offensive aftertaste. Overall its a bit stale, and overly sugary.

pours a bright red color with a nice lacy head. not much to go off from the nose, its extremely faint. the taste is smooth with a slight tartness and pomegranite flavor. not quite sour. easy to drink, light to medium body with mild carbonation. overall very enjoyable.
