Pours a sparkling pale brown. Some thin foamy white head that lasts for a little bit but nothing crazy.
Some backseat hops there with a bit of malt. Sort of a non-present nose. Very backseat, not super apparent. A bit disappointing -- A beer named "hop hazard" should burn the nose hairs out of my schnoz with hop aroma.
Taste fulfills the hoppy name, very solid American style pale ale. There is some coriander, and a bit of citric bite aside from the hop bitterness. Not quite enough to be called an IPA but this will be a good session beer for hopheads and is enjoyable for anybody that values a quality brew.
Mouthfeel is decent, a little bit overcarbonated but overall not too bad. Drinkability is pretty decent, harmed a little by the overcarbonation but not too bad at all.
