Poured from a 12oz bottle into a pint pub glass.
A - Nice, thick straw colored head. Beautiful lacing as the head began to subside. Reddish amber with a smallish amount of carbonation, very clear -- can't wait to sample it!
S - Began getting the hoppy aroma as soon as I poured it! Caramel, pine, even a slight honeysuckle. Really nice!
T - Yum! Pronounced citrus bitterness up front that yields to a slight sweetness, but then the bitterness is right back for the finish. Lingering piney finish.
M - Slight oilyness, nice body.
D - Yes! The bitterness is not overpowering enough to make this a sipping beer. I could easily have three of these in an evening.
This is a nice IPA. I would rank this one up there with Bell's Two-Hearted Ale for it's pronounced hoppy aroma and big flavor. I'll definately get this one again.

Had it and it was a bit over chilled. First sip is in your face Citra hops with an astringent aftertaste as one would expect with this much hops. Mouthfeel grew as I downed the hopped up elixir. Seemed a bit out of balance malt vs hops. A little more malt would balance this brew. Would order again.
