Bottle was part of a Heavy Seas Variety 12pk.
Poured and sampled from a DFH Pint glass
A - Beer pours a deep amber/reddish color. Mostly translucent. A decent 2 finger, dense head on the initial pour. Lots of sticky lacing left after drinking.
S - A piney, citrusy, yet very sweet smelling beer. Nice aroma.
T - The beer is very good. The classic IPA tastes are there of grapefruit, slightly bitter hops and pine but it has a distinct caramel or toffee taste that pulls the beer into the sweeter side for IPAs. The beer goes down really easy despite its ABV of 7.25% although you can taste the alcohol more as the beer warms.
M - A moderate consistency, slightly syrupy. Moderate carbonation.
O - Without a doubt, the best beer from the variety pack. The other beers (Uber Pils, Sea Nymph and Gold Ale) were OK but this was the star. I'd purchase this beer again for sure. A fine effort from Heavy Seas/Clipper City. Recommended.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Two finger head, clear golden color. Nose is citrusy (orange/grapefruit/pineapple) and hoppy - smells incredible.
Taste is similar to the smell, but the hops are more pronounced. Not overly carbonated. For a triple hopped IPA it isn't as aggressive in the hop flavors as it could be - not for drinking quickly, but definitely more drinkable than some similar beers. Could probably appeal to hopheads and those less enthusiastic about aggressive beers.
Overall a very good beer, one I'd like to keep around. Glad I picked it up on my way back from Baltimore.

On tap in a pint glass.
A- Golden-orange color, big off-white head, fluffy. ample amounts of all kinds of lacing. Bubbly.
S- Piney hop aroma, some citrus and malts.
T- It's malty paired with those piney hops and earthy floral flavor.
M- Big body, thick and resinous. Well carbonated. Long hope bite finish.
O- Big hop profile that is not overly bitter. Better tan I expected.
