12oz. bottle from AKSmokedPorter. Thanks for the house-warming gift, Flash!
Pours a dull gold in color. Clear. With lots of fizzies. Thick and pasty whitish head. Lasting rings of lace on the glass. Aromas are a kick in your face hoppy blast. Lovely scents of dripping pine oils, crushed flower petals, Juicy Fruit gum. However, this pleasing nasal performance is quickly drowned out by the cacaphony of bad tastes that assault the palate. Start off nicely with a honey-laced sweetness. This is rapidly crushed by a very unpleasant mixture of hop flavors. It's bitter, but in a bad way. What first came to mind was wet cardboard. The fnish is gritty. Lasting nasty bitterness. Only a smattering of warmth from the ABV. On the thin side for a DIPA. Not too drinkable.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Two finger head, clear golden color. Nose is citrusy (orange/grapefruit/pineapple) and hoppy - smells incredible.
Taste is similar to the smell, but the hops are more pronounced. Not overly carbonated. For a triple hopped IPA it isn't as aggressive in the hop flavors as it could be - not for drinking quickly, but definitely more drinkable than some similar beers. Could probably appeal to hopheads and those less enthusiastic about aggressive beers.
Overall a very good beer, one I'd like to keep around. Glad I picked it up on my way back from Baltimore.

On tap in a pint glass.
A- Golden-orange color, big off-white head, fluffy. ample amounts of all kinds of lacing. Bubbly.
S- Piney hop aroma, some citrus and malts.
T- It's malty paired with those piney hops and earthy floral flavor.
M- Big body, thick and resinous. Well carbonated. Long hope bite finish.
O- Big hop profile that is not overly bitter. Better tan I expected.
