A - Pours a deep golden color. Decent foamy white head. Adequate lacing.
S - Smells of fresh cut citrus and pine. Nose is not as bountiful or complex as other top-shelf IPAs but still a joy to sniff.
T & M - Lots of grapefruit, peach, and assorted citrus fruit. Hop bitterness is right where i like it for this style. The maltiness leaks through a bit more than other IPAs which makes the mouthfeel fall into the higher end of the moderate range.
Overall/Drinkability - Back when I first had this IPA, it made me believe in the style. It was a glimpse of hope in a sea of mediocrity. Since my first encounter with Loose Cannon, I've had others that surpass it in complexity and flavor, but it is a top shelf IPA for sure. It's a great go-to. I always seem to have this around on my IPA kicks.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Two finger head, clear golden color. Nose is citrusy (orange/grapefruit/pineapple) and hoppy - smells incredible.
Taste is similar to the smell, but the hops are more pronounced. Not overly carbonated. For a triple hopped IPA it isn't as aggressive in the hop flavors as it could be - not for drinking quickly, but definitely more drinkable than some similar beers. Could probably appeal to hopheads and those less enthusiastic about aggressive beers.
Overall a very good beer, one I'd like to keep around. Glad I picked it up on my way back from Baltimore.

On tap in a pint glass.
A- Golden-orange color, big off-white head, fluffy. ample amounts of all kinds of lacing. Bubbly.
S- Piney hop aroma, some citrus and malts.
T- It's malty paired with those piney hops and earthy floral flavor.
M- Big body, thick and resinous. Well carbonated. Long hope bite finish.
O- Big hop profile that is not overly bitter. Better tan I expected.
