Bottle from Beltway Liquors in Baltimore, poured into a drinking glass.
A: One finger off-white head atop a slightly bubbly brew. A little more amber than I expected from an IPA, but still pretty.
S: A light smell of the typical hops and pine of an IPA. Alcohol is obviously present as well.
T: Tasty, smooth IPA. Much more smooth than a hop-blaster, with decent tastes beyond hops. I get a little bit of maple in addition to the floral and pine.
M: Much more syrupy than I'm used to for IPAs. Not as crisp as most, but doesn't seriously bring down this brew.
O: I liked it a lot, and I like supporting Maryland brews. This was a very solid, and slightly different, IPA.

Had it and it was a bit over chilled. First sip is in your face Citra hops with an astringent aftertaste as one would expect with this much hops. Mouthfeel grew as I downed the hopped up elixir. Seemed a bit out of balance malt vs hops. A little more malt would balance this brew. Would order again.
