12 oz bottle poured into Maudite snifter.
A: Very nice, full copper pour with one of the creamiest heads I've seen this side of Guiness. When swirled, the head froths up at least one or two fingers, making this one of the creamiest looking IPA-style beers I've ever seen. Very nice.
S: Floral as can be, with a heavy dose of citrus. Very appealing, as it literally smells like a garden.
T: Taste is rather nicely balanced for such a hoppy beer, as the malts come through just fine. Lemongrass, toffee, more citrus; good flavor overall.
M: Mouthfeel is a bit of a disappointment, as I would've preferred more carbonation than what is present. Otherwise,
it's quite creamy and nice.
D: At just about 7% ABV, this is a fairly sessionable beer for those who dig the style, although I think I'll be bored after the second or third bottle is gone. Overall, however, Loose Cannon is a surprisingly nice find.
Give it a shot.

Had it and it was a bit over chilled. First sip is in your face Citra hops with an astringent aftertaste as one would expect with this much hops. Mouthfeel grew as I downed the hopped up elixir. Seemed a bit out of balance malt vs hops. A little more malt would balance this brew. Would order again.
