Pours a clear orange, medium sized white foam. Not much retention, lacing, and it disappears completely (no film on top of beer either).
Aroma: Who cares about its appearance now? Spices, pumpkin, everything thats great about this style. Cinnamon. Nutmeg. Vanilla.
Taste is awesome. This is definitely up there with other imperials such as Pumpking and Weyerbacher. Taste is of cinnamon and nutmeg, with a malt backing and pumpkin background that works great.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, and drinkability is high. Its a bomber, and I had no trouble.
I look forward to Greater Pumpkin (which is this beer aged in bourbon oak barrels, which I also bought).

A bit stronger tasting than some of the other options at Pumpkinfest. A little boozy, but not in a bad way.
