Gold Ale pours a gold color, with a small, barley lacing head. Aroma is weak, hints of sweeter grain. Flavor is light, weak, sweet, grainy notes, pleasurable. Good body and feel on this one. Overall, nice flavors, very light, but still enjoyable.

Pours a nice gold with a white with a little retention.
Citrus and flowery hops, backed by fresh grain and grass.
Hops up front follow the nose bitter citrus and floral notes flow into a grainy malt backbone ending with grass notes.

Had on tap. Classic golden body with a white head. The nose really doesn't give you much: grains, slight lemon, and blonde malt. The taste is still monotone, but the depth is actually underrated in my opinion, good grains, malts, some black pepper, some yeast, and earthiness with a dash of lemon zest and herbs. Actually enjoyed a good bit, feel though smacks of macro lager but then warms and thickens with grains well. Really not that bad

i agree with another recent reviewer that this is drinkable but bland, i think thats really well said, and a pretty downright dialed in descriptor of this beer, which drinks just fine, is a league better than any sort of cheap adjunct lager, but isnt interesting enough to warrant much thought, and probably wont be one i look to pick up again, kind of just a beer, a little heavy even for the style, with a somewhat sturdier malt base than i was anticipating, but it somehow doesnt really transfer to the flavor, its just a feel thing, and i miss what i think it should provide here. there are some light floral and even vegetal noble tasting hops to this, which i think is a nice way for it to finish, but even those are quite mild. for its shortcomings in taste though, the feel is nice, even being a little heavier, its super refreshing when its ice cold, i like the first half of the bottle a lot better than the second. carbonation is nice and high, and it finishes on the dry side. a good nightcap sort of beer, nice with cheese and crackers and such, but i prefer many of the other heavy seas beers to this one...

Drinkable but bland; clear but not effervescent. Slightest bitter aftertaste with a tiny touch of sweetness. Probably about par for its genre - this is a drinkable beer and a solid choice for an afternoon kicking back on a pontoon, but nothing to write home about.

A - Hazy straw yellow body with small white head that dissipates quickly.
S - Very faint aroma of malt and maybe some citrus; not impressed
T - not great, but better than I expected. Pretty well balanced and not too citrusy. I'd drink it again.
F - Pretty smooth; not too thin; slightly fizzy, but not overly so
O - Not half bad; I'd buy again for a camping trip or after a day fishing
