Look-Pours a fairly hazy dim yellow.(very carbonated) Dim colored yet it looks very rich. Head is mid sized, white and foamy.
Smell-The wheat gives off a sweat and sour smell. A little citrusy and sour.
Taste-Lemon/lime, very fruity. I love the sourness of this beer. The sourness isn't too harsh, either.
Feel-A rich bubbly mouthfeel.
Overall-I visit Nashville a lot, and when I do I always make the point to grab myself some Yazoo. I really enjoy this beer during the summer. The sweet and sourness this beer has really hits the spot when I drink it. Out of the wheat beers I've tried, this one is the most complex and enjoyable. (632 characters)

Not at all what I was expecting. Immediately hit with a lemon taste but in a very good way. Much better than you average summer seasonal brew. (142 characters)

Described as a full-bodied yet refreshing dry tart summer wheat ale. The use of acidulated malt gives it a bit of a perceived "sour" touch but there isn't any actual lacto/bacteria in the beer. Salt and subtle spices are added for that Gose-inspired touch. Apparently inspired by a Gose flying dog did with old bay. They used same wheat bill as the Yazoo 10 year IPA, then brewed with coriander and finished with a little sea salt to clean it up.

Poured off tap in the taproom, the second day it was offered. I could drink this all Summer. Appears a bit hazy, light straw colored in the glass. This is a goes-like beer, with the salt and the wheat and the coriander, but without the sour (rumors that a sour version is to come). This is just the perfect combination of sweet malts and salt, like salted caramel or chocolate-covered pretzels. Totally crushable, totally addictive. This is what Summer is for.

I could drink this all Summer. (941 characters)

Poured from a bottle into a shaker, the beer is a slightly opaque, pale, straw gold coloring, with a ton of carbonation throughout the body, and a sparse surface coating of white head. Aromas of subtle toasted grains, hints of salt, some buttery notes, and a cracker backbone. Flavors are crisp and tangy forward, with notes of lemon tartness, hints of saltiness, the cracker backbone steadily balancing, and some subtle herbal highlights. The body is smooth, but light and very drinkable. There is a slightly puckering tart and sweet aftertaste of lemon and hints of white grape must. The finish transitions into a dry, almost crisp feel. Extremely drinkable and refreshing beer. (680 characters)

Appearance: Medium clarity light gold.

Aroma: light wheat and coriander, no acidity.

Flavor: Very moderate but present acidity and coriander.

Mouthfeel: A bit too much residual sweetness, medium body.

Overall: Cool shot at a more true to style German gose. Mouthfeel was a bit off for me. (293 characters)
