Oh yazoo I wish you would actually do more with these gems than just some evil brewing experiment.
The look of this beer is a tan/brown, hazy, yet attractive ipa.
Smell: Citrus, floral, the hops smack you in the face.
Taste: Very nice low alcohol IPA, enough bitterness, fresh and citrus lingerings. It's just good.
Yazoo is a great young brewery that I expect great things to emerge from, and this a great example of some of the great things they're doing.

Big thanks to pitasoup for this bottle!
A - Nice hazy copper/orange/amber color in the glass. Head was a light tan color, 3 fingers, and it left a plethora of sticky webbing down the glass.
S - Aroma is not very pronounced...it's rather subtle. Light floral hops and a rich malt base.
T - Nice resinous, oily, floral hop bitterness, backed by a nice maltiness. Some citrus and piny hops mix it up a bit.
M - Slick and oily on the tongue, slight crisp, medium body. Carbonation is good.
O - At the end of the day, this is a nice IPA. A bit underwhelming in the aroma department, but it has a pleasant taste, nice looks and a good feel. Glad to have tried it.

A- Pours a copperish amber, with a thin cream colored head that has some decent retention on it and copious lacing.
S- The aroma really leaps out of the glass. Lots of different aromas as well. Some citrus, and a touch of pine and a touch of spicyness (almost like a rye beer in this regard).
T- A good base that brings caramel and toffee to mind, and the hops make an intial charge, with more pine and spice, and less citrus than the aroma. The hops kind of fell off at the end, and somewhat was left with a weak ending.
M- A wee bit oily, and more carbonation than I would have liked to seen.
O- A decent IPA and another interesting attempt in this "Hop Project." I wasn't particularly familiar with Phoenix or Brambling Cross hops, which were the key players here, but from what I can tell, they add great aroma, and only decent flavor.
